The special effects alone carried it. The story wasn't bad at all, and I love Jeff Bridges. But while I might forget aspects of the story I will not forget the SCENES, absolutely amazing.Deanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10992264536906306411noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2228174552203445896.post-89558999853869063912010-12-20T05:05:57.926-05:002010-12-20T05:05:57.926-05:00Although I have not seen the film already, I kind ...Although I have not seen the film already, I kind of lean against the issues of films that although lack in one thing, actually make up for it with lots of another.

Of course, perhaps work should be done on Tomorrowland to add to the TRON homage... anything electroluminescent brings a sense of 'tomorrow' in this context... wheras an alien experiment's muck track's don't really add to Tomorrowland's scenery. *facepalm please*RabidLeroyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06573965837784134084noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2228174552203445896.post-40065715573267261232010-12-19T23:05:14.155-05:002010-12-19T23:05:14.155-05:00I do agree that Legacy has this impressive & s...I do agree that Legacy has this impressive & surrealistic experience that was worth the two year wait for me. And I most certainly wasn't disappointed with anything from the film at all. Yet another reason I could mold from Legacy "underperforming" at the box office is how, along with having a specialized appeal in your post with the SFX and humor, is its memorability. I could see how some people can argue that the original film was a bore or that they don't understand the concept behind why Sam is teleported into The Grid or why Programs are shattered. (Well, if they even bother to understand.) Though it's a sequel, it's perfect as a stand-alone movie. Not to mention how some critics are narrow-minded to admit the characters fall flat yet praise Transformers. I don't get it.

Oh, and Disney's theme parks (particularly TDO) seriously needs more Alan Bradleys in 'that' aspect. ;)Plunoreply@blogger.com
